Computational Organismal Biology, Ecology and Evolution
Combine computational and empirical approaches at the interface of ecology, evolution, and organismal biology
Our students unearth the processes that control productivity across ecosystems and develop models to explore how global environmental changes are affecting organismal evolution, biodiversity, and ecosystem services. They also apply likelihood and Bayesian analyses to ecological data as well as develop theoretical models of food web interactions.
